WELCOME TO MCBURNEY VETERINARY SERVICES

We understand that finding a new veterinarian can be daunting, which is why we strive to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Our experienced team is here to provide exceptional care for your horse, and we look forward to developing a lasting partnership with you and your equine partner. To schedule an appointment or learn more about our services, please contact us. We can’t wait to meet you and your horse!

Getting Started
When you contact us to become a new patient, our team will gather some basic information about you and your horse, including their medical history, any relevant diagnoses or treatments, and any current medications or supplements they're taking.
Scheduling an Appointment
Once we have your information, we'll work with you to schedule an appointment that's convenient for you. Our equine vets offer both mobile and clinic care, so we can come to your farm or you can bring your horse to us.
Fill Out Intake Form
New patients will need to fill out an intake form to provide us with detailed information about their horse's medical history. The form can be filled out online or downloaded here. Please complete before your first appointment and as always, we're here to help if you have any questions about the form.
What to Bring
For your first appointment, it's helpful to bring any medical records or documentation you have for your horse, as well as any medications or supplements they're currently taking. If you're not sure what to bring, just give us a call and we'll be happy to help.
During Your Appointment
Our equine vets will perform a thorough examination of your horse, including a physical exam, and may recommend additional tests or treatments based on their findings. Together, we'll develop a personalized care plan that addresses your horse's unique needs and goals.
Followup Care
After your appointment, we'll schedule any necessary follow-up appointments or treatments, and our team will be available to answer any questions you may have about your horse's care.
